A safe space to ask, share, and get help
Pleroma provides confidential, non-judgmental support for people navigating questions, worries, or difficult experiences related to sexual and reproductive health.
How we can support you today
Whether you’re dealing with a specific incident, a worrying symptom, or just a feeling that “something isn’t right”, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Pleroma offers a calm, private space to explore what’s going on and what you can do next.
I have a health question
Ask about periods, fertility, STIs, contraception, body changes, or any other sexual and reproductive health topic that’s on your mind.
You’ll receive clear, evidence-based explanations in simple language.
I’m worried something might be wrong
Maybe you’ve had unprotected sex, missed a period, noticed a symptom, or had a scare. We help you unpack what’s happening and what your options are.
We can guide you toward appropriate testing, care, or emergency steps if needed.
I experienced sexual violence
If you’ve experienced sexual assault or coercion, Pleroma offers survivor-centered support: information, emotional grounding, and referral options that respect your choices.
You decide what to share and what steps feel safe for you.
I need help finding a facility
We help you identify verified, youth-friendly facilities for HIV services, contraception, fertility care, SARCs, and other reproductive health needs.
Referrals are made with safety, accreditation, and accessibility in mind.
I’m supporting someone else
Parents, partners, friends, and caregivers can also reach out for support on how to show up better for the people they care about.
We provide guidance that respects everyone’s dignity, privacy, and boundaries.
I just need a calm, safe place
Sometimes you don’t have the right words for what you’re feeling. That’s okay. You can start from “I don’t know how to explain this” and we’ll unpack things together.
No pressure, no lectures, no shaming.
What to expect when you reach out
Pleroma is not an emergency service and doesn’t replace in-person medical care, but it does give you a clear, compassionate starting point. Here’s how support typically works.
You share at your own pace
Start with as little or as much detail as feels comfortable. You set the pace and decide what you’re ready to talk about.
We listen, clarify, and explain
You receive clear, age-appropriate information and guidance, grounded in medical evidence and delivered in a respectful, non-judgmental tone.
We help you plan next steps
Together, we explore possible next steps—self-care, testing, seeing a provider, or accessing a specialized service—and, where appropriate, we offer referrals.
Confidential, respectful, and inclusive
We treat every conversation with care and discretion. We focus on evidence, context, and your lived reality—not shame or moral judgment.
If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent medical help
Contact local emergency services or go to the nearest health facility as soon as you can. Pleroma can support you with information and referrals, but we cannot provide emergency response or replace in-person care.
